Position Profile :
The Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) Karlarra
House position will work in partnership with the Facility Manager
to ensure high standards of clinical care to residents, consistent
with the Aged Care Quality Standards and WACHS Clinical Governance
Framework.
The position will provide clinical leadership, nursing
consultancy and support to the clinical team promoting person
centered, compassionate care to all residents that reflects the
WACHS values.
Quality Improvement, Performance Management, Customer
Focus, Disability Services Act and Confidentiality throughout the
course of their duties.
