Physiotherapist - Grade 3 (Paediatric DDH Clinic)
Permanent Part Time - 1 day per week available
About the Role
Join our dynamic Physiotherapy team and take the lead in providing specialist musculoskeletal assessment and treatment for paediatric patients in the Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip (DDH) Clinic. This senior role offers scope for leadership, clinical excellence, and professional growth while contributing to innovative service delivery across Orthopaedics and Paediatrics.
* Lead specialist physiotherapy care in the DDH Clinic
* Deliver advanced musculoskeletal assessments and evidence-based treatment
* Mentor and supervise junior clinicians and students
* Support service development and quality improvement projects
* Contribute to education and research within Allied Health
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert physiotherapy services for paediatric clients in the DDH Clinic
* Lead clinical practice, mentoring, and performance development within the team
* Coordinate research and quality improvement initiatives
* Collaborate across Orthopaedic, Paediatric, and Allied Health teams
* Support the Physiotherapy Manager in leadership and service planning
* Ensure high standards of clinical documentation and patient care
Skills & Experience
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist
* Advanced musculoskeletal and/or paediatric physiotherapy expertise
* Postgraduate qualification in musculoskeletal or paediatric physiotherapy (or working towards)
* Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
* Commitment to evidence-based practice and service improvement
