As a Senior Security TAM at Fastly, your mission will be to foster strong, trust-based relationships with our clients, ensuring they can confidently navigate the security landscape with Fastly by their side. You will be their advocate within Fastly, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in our products and services based on real-world feedback and requirements.What You'll Do: Own the Technical Relationship: Be a trusted technical advisor, ensuring that clients feel supported and valued at every turnDrive Security Success: Work closely with clients to understand their security landscape, challenges, and objectives. Cybersecurity Expertise: Solid background in cybersecurity, especially Web Application Security, with knowledge of the CVE program, DDoS mitigation techniques, and effective cybersecurity incident managementExperience with some or all the following foundational technologies: SaaS/Cloud or hybrid cloud deployments; Apache/NGINX/IIS or other web server platforms and associated Application server technologies and frameworks, Unix/Linux or Windows systems administrationScripting ability with any of the following: Python, Java, Go, PHP, Unix/Linux Shell, C#, or other common Web languagesUnderstanding of HTTP and API security best practicesExcellent Communication Skills and Customer-Centric Focus: including the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in simple terms to a diverse range of stakeholders and to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
