Job Role: Telecoms Engineer
This role involves working as part of an engineering design and delivery team to support the delivery of telecommunications infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for developing scope of works, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring designs meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of engineering design documents, specifications, drawings, and scopes of work on time and within budget.
- Understanding site design and site acquisition processes, and relating Safety in Design principles to your work.
- Leading and participating in infrastructure design review processes.
- Reviewing design drawings and producing scope of work documents and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Key Knowledge and Experience:
- At least 5 years' experience as a Telecoms Engineer.
- An engineering degree enabling full membership to Engineers Australia.
- Demonstrated experience with design, construct, and integration of Telecommunications systems.
- Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Collaborative communication style with the ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
