We are seeking a customer-centric and motivated individual to join Customer Services Team. You'll be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our internal and external customers. Attitude is everything, and we're looking for someone who thrives on solving problems and is a pro at juggling multiple priorities.
What you'll do:
* Be the first point of contact for our internal and external customers
* Provide first-class customer support via phone, email, and other channels
* Process orders and returns, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution
* Resolve issues with an empathetic and a solutions focused approach
* Champion a culture of service excellence by promoting customer-centric thinking
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams
What you'll bring:
Ideally, you'll have experience in a Customer Service role. You'll also have:
* Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience with CRM or ERP systems and a good understanding of customer service processes
* High level of working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
* Experience in the medical and/or related industry is desirable
