Kingfisher Recruitment is partnering with a leading maintenance business to provide critical handyman services to a multipurpose city fringe site.
Required experience across facilities maintenance including minor property repairs and works including basic painting, plastering, carpentry etc.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on multipurpose properties.
- Troubleshoot and fix various issues, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients.
Requirements:
- Well Organised
- Can work in a team and independently.
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
- Strong skills in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused with good communication skills.
- White card, trade certificate
