Job Overview:
We are hiring Danish Speaking Customer Support Representatives for projects across multiple EU countries. Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
2. Provide professional and high-quality customer support
3. Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately

5. Document customer interactions in internal systems
6. Follow company procedures and quality standards
Requirements:
7. Danish language proficiency at C1 level or higher
8. English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
9. EU citizenship is mandatory
10. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
11. Customer-focused mindset
12. Basic computer skills
13. No previous customer support experience required
14. Highschool diploma or higher
