**Requirements**:
**What does a day in the life look like?**
Role Responsibilities:
- **Content & Planning**: Develop content calendars across 5 social networks and collaborate with partners/programme teams to deliver engaging content
- **Social Media Management**: Create assets using Figma/Canva, manage daily posts (scaling to 10-20 during event week), amplify third-party content, and handle social inbox via Hootsuite
- **Partnership Coordination**: Primary contact for partner marketing collaboration, facilitating content sharing and cross-promotion to maximize value delivery
- **Approvals & Compliance**: Coordinate approval processes and ensure compliance with brand guidelines while maintaining publishing schedules
**About You**
- 2-3 years’ experience in social media, digital marketing or content production
- Strong understanding of platform best practice (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Blue Sky)
- Experience with both organic and paid social media campaigns
- Confident writing for digital channels, with a great sense of tone and audience
- Organised and proactive, with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Creative thinker with a feel for pop culture, trends, and event audience behaviour
- Comfortable using tools like Canva, Photoshop / Figma, Hootsuite.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams (design, video, production)
- Strong communication skills for partner and stakeholder management
- Passion for creativity, innovation and major events.
**Desirable experience**
- Background in entertainment, events, or content-focused environments
- Exposure to performance tracking and social media reporting
- Experience working with music industry partners and venue relationships
- Understanding of legal and compliance requirements in entertainment marketing
- An interest in AI tools, content innovations, or advanced paid social strategies
**Role requirements**:
- This role requires you to: Work outside of normal business hours during the event week, and on the weekends immediately prior and during the event.
