South Burnett Times to hire sports reporterNews Regional Media publication The South Burnett Times has posted an opening for a new sports reporter.Reporting to the Times editorial staff in Kingaroy, the sports reporter will be assigned to cover all sporting activities in the area, including the production of photo and video material for publishing via print and online channels. Certain assignments may see the successful applicant write feature articles on sporting personalities from the region, including up-and-comers.The candidate must be a college/university graduate with demonstrable journalism skills including photography and print/digital content publishing. The person must also have a deep interest in the regional Queensland sporting scene and can work weekends.
