Manage enquiries to provide caring and personalised solutions for our customers 
Complete Beyond Bank's Lending Accreditation program 
Provide an exceptional experience for our customers 
Be part of a knowledgeable and high achieving team 
Manage all facets of our customer's financial requirements 
Collaborate with specialists in the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers
**Skills and Experiences**: 
**You will need**: 
Lending experience (desirable) 
Demonstrated experience in retail banking or customer service setting 
Commitment to success and a strong work ethic 
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
