About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled People Experience Administration Assistant to support our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of hospitality professionals, from candidate screening to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-End Recruitment Support: Provide high-volume recruitment support for hospitality roles, including candidate screening, coordinating trials, and processing onboarding requests.
* Candidate Care: Champion candidate experience by ensuring consistent and engaging communication, timely feedback, confidentiality, and compliance throughout the recruitment process.
* Administrative & Operational Support: Offer administrative support to the People Experience Team, including data entry, tracking and reporting, inbox management, and hiring manager communications.
* Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant legislation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Recruitment or Administration Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
* Understanding of the Hospitality Industry: High-volume environments experience a plus.
* Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
