**The role**
- Assist in the delivery of multiple construction projects across the business.
- Provide support to the project management team to ensure construction projects progress in accordance with project deliverables, programme, and budget across the project life cycle.
- Prepare project reporting, including financial and performance status and project deliverables risk analysis
- Assist with the coordination of construction approvals and preparations of project briefs, design briefs, tenders, and contract documentation.
- Co-ordinate the processing of progress claims and approvals.
- Arrange, coordinate, and attend project meetings (and other meetings as required), prepare and issue minutes and follow up required actions.
- Assist with the management of defect liability periods and project handover.
- Stay current on changes in the industry construction data and legislative policy approaches that may impact project/s.

**About you**
- A tertiary qualification in construction, architecture, or engineering is preferred.
- Strong, effective, and mature communicator
- Ambitious and passionate to pursue a property/construction career.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a friendly and engaging demeanor
- Ability to adapt and manage competing priorities
