About This Opportunity:
* This role demands strategic thinking, operational management skills, and a deep understanding of best practices in education. The Director must establish systems for effective programme implementation, working closely with the Educational Leader to ensure superior customer service.
* The successful candidate will have significant expertise in management, mentoring teachers and educators on various early childhood theories, frameworks such as EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework), QIP (Quality Improvement Plan), and NQS (National Quality Standard).
