Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience.
* Take and process customer orders accurately.
* Prepare and serve drinks according to Sharetea standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues politely.
* Assist with stock management and restocking when required.
Requirements:
* Previous customer service or retail experience is an advantage (but not required).
* Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings as rostered.
* Must have valid working rights in Australia.
