Compassionate Home Care Professional
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate home care professional to provide personalized support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and overall wellbeing.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 months of experience in a similar professional role, with skills in personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medication management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
* Assisting with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, and grooming
* Providing mobility assistance and supporting clients with therapy goals
* Administering medications as required
* Supporting clients with dementia or other complex needs
* Providing emotional support and companionship
* Transporting clients to appointments and social events
