Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team in Laverton North, Victoria. In this permanent, full-time role, you will play a crucial part in managing contracts within the building and construction industry, ensuring compliance and optimising contract performance. Responsibilities: Review and analyse contract documents to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Prepare, negotiate, and finalise contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor contract performance and manage any changes or disputes that arise. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure contract terms are met. Maintain accurate records of contracts and related documentation. Provide guidance and support on contractual matters to internal teams. Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in legislation affecting contracts. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in contract administration within the building and construction industry. Strong understanding of contract law and relevant regulations.
