We are seeking a skilled Valuer to join our dynamic team in the Bay of Plenty or Waikato offices. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who can continue to build on our reputation for excellent service and sound property advice.
The Role
As a Valuer, you will be responsible for delivering timely and quality valuation and consultancy advice, reports, and quotations. You will also ensure the provision of high standards of service to our clients, assess current market values and properties, extract data and evidence for analysis, establish and maintain strong client relationships, collaborate to ensure success, and contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of systems and initiatives.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver timely and quality valuation and consultancy advice, reports, and quotations
* Ensure the provision of high standards of service to our clients
* Assess current market values and properties
* Extract data and evidence for analysis
* Establish and maintain strong client relationships
* Collaborate to ensure success and leverage the collective expertise of our team members
* Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of systems and initiatives
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Registered or near-Registered Valuer qualification, a tertiary qualification in property, and industry knowledge of relevant property markets. You will also need to possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be a relationship builder and connector, have a strong service focus, be a team player, an organiser and planner, a problem solver, and proactive in adding value to the team.
