Field Service Representative
The role of Field Service Representative involves daily service as part of a team at a remote site. You will be engaged in direct customer interaction and operational activities.
Roster: 15 days on and 13 days off (13.5hr days)
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing consumables inventories to sites
* Undertaking daily deliveries and stock replenishment to sites (Underground and Surface)
* Analysing and reporting on consumable performance, condition, and failures
* Positively engaging with mining operators
* Administration of Products Usage and Contract Requirements
* EHS Requirements
* Repairs and reconditioning of hammers
* Timely data entry and record keeping
About You:
* You will have a valid manual C Class driver's license and demonstrate reliability for a FIFO roster
* You will have a strong customer focus with a positive service orientation and attitude
* You should have a strong and proven safety culture, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong customer service focus
* Basic computer literacy is required
* You must be able to pass a pre-employment medical assessment
