AustChilliis a leading food manufacturing and farming business based in Alloway, Bundaberg. Our diverse business is made up of fresh chillies and avocados (we are the largest chilli grower in Australia), herb and vegetable puree ingredients and our retail brands, AvoFresh & New Fresh Farms. Established for 30 years, we're a proud Australian family-owned and operated business, with chilli farms and avocado orchards in both Alloway and Childers. We are passionate about growing and producing world-class products and proud of our innovative and sustainable farming practices.

We are currently searching for professional, dedicated and accurate Administrative Officers who can focus on AP and AR transactional data processing to join the Admin team.

About the role:

As part of the Administration team, you will contribute to the provision of accurate and timely account data entry and processing and reporting functions.

Responsibilities:

· daily transactional data entry and processing of AP and AR

· manufacturing and production data entry and reporting

· payroll & superannuation

· reporting – daily, weekly, EOM, EOY

· Administrative policy contribution

Work experience & skills

· ideally 2+ years, however training is provided and Juniors are welcome to apply

· medium to large business administrative processes

· accounting / financial management / cash book systems – eg Exo Business, MYOB AccountRight,

· ERP systems – eg Exo Business

· Database systems

· collective responsibility team environment

· level of understanding that enables identifying, investigating and correcting mistakes / issues

This role is central to the ongoing success of the organisation. It requires attention to detail combined with pragmatism necessary to complete tasks; understanding and adhering to processes with an ability to recognise inefficiencies and embrace improvements.

Position reports to the Office Coordinator. Flexibility / scope for specific days per week and hours per day.
