Our Townsville Windows & Doors branch specialises in the sales, fabrication, and installation of aluminium windows and doors for residential and commercial projects. We are currently seeking a motivated Assembler and Truck Offsider to join our skilled and energetic team.

The Roles
Assembler:
You will receive full training to develop skills in:
* Assembling and fabricating aluminium windows, doors, and screens
* Using power tools, saws, and fabrication equipment
Experience in aluminium assembly, glazing, glass handling, or commercial fabrication will be highly regarded.
Truck Offsider:
* Assist with loading products and supporting deliveries to site
* Perform manual handling and heavy lifting safely and efficiently
* Work with a supportive, safety‑focused team
* Gain hands‑on experience in logistics and product handling
* Help ensure quality products are delivered to customers on time
About You
* Experience in aluminium fabrication or assembly is advantageous
* MR or HR licence desirable for offsider work
* Physically fit with proven manual handling capability
* Reliable, punctual, and holds a current driver’s licence with own transport
* Willing to learn and follow instructions
* Able to read and interpret production documents
* Strong communicator with a safety‑first mindset
* Excellent attendance and work ethic
