As a Group Fitness Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop our team of instructors.
We operate premium clubs across Australia, providing improved health and wellbeing to over 270,000 members.

This role is ideal for a passionate Group Fitness professional with at least 2 years of experience and management skills.
Mondays: 9:00am-2:00pm
Key responsibilities:
* Recruiting and managing Group Fitness Instructors who live and love fitness
* Managing up to 100 Group Fitness classes weekly
* Coaching and motivating new instructors to become part of the team
* Building a culture where team members love to work and members enjoy working out
* Organising and running group exercises that meet member needs
* Raising standards by running energetic, focused and professional group exercises
* Acting as a role model, motivator and brand ambassador
* Providing an expert experience at every touchpoint
* Ensuring compliance with Work Health and Safety activities and processes
To succeed, you'll need:
A passion for Group Fitness and significant experience as a Group Fitness Instructor
Previous managerial experience in a health club or gym, with a passion for developing people's potential
Registration with Fitness Australia and relevant certifications
