SOW - Bulk & detailed earthworks projects
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, support, and supervise daily activities across site services teams
* Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with procedures
* Schedule and allocate tasks, labour, and resources
* Liaise with site management and contractors to coordinate work
* Identify and report hazards, issues, and maintenance requirements
* Maintain accurate daily records and documentation
About you:
* Minimum 2 years Civil Construction supervisory experience
* S26 qualification - DMIRS Exam
* Proven ability to motivate and manage a team of workers and contractors
* Demonstrated strong safety focus
* Technical knowledge of construction and civil processes
* Effective team leadership by displaying skillful communication, technical expertise, promotion of key business values and ability to mentor and coach employees
