What You’ll Be Doing: Leading and developing a large, motivated team in a flagship environment. Driving store performance through strong leadership, clear KPIs, and coaching. Overseeing all operational aspects of the store including stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation. Building an energetic and collaborative team culture that supports internal growth and progression. Creating an engaging and memorable customer experience that reflects the brand’s values. About You: Proven experience as a Store Manager in high-volume or fast-paced retail. A hands-on leader who leads by example and inspires their team. Operationally strong with excellent attention to detail and back-of-house processes. Performance-focused with a natural ability to coach, motivate and drive team success.
