MRT is expanding, and we need a driven
National Support Team Member
to support our branches nationwide.
Your Impact:
Provide accurate and timely support for orders, invoicing, and dispatch.
Assist with overflow sales and customer enquiries across phone, email, and social media.
Check quotes, assist the sales team with technical checks, ensure accuracy, and help the sales team deliver exceptional results.
Be the "go-to" expert for MRT products – guiding customers and team members alike.
What You'll Bring:
Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Problem-solving mindset and a knack for organisation.
Strong computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office.
Customer service experience (retail, wholesale, or call centre a bonus).
A genuine interest in automotive products and 4x4 solutions.

Based in Yatala, QLD – easy access from Brisbane or the Gold Coast. Full-time role Mon to Fri 8:30 – 5:00, and alternate Sat 9:00 to 1:00.
