About the Role: An opportunity exists for an experienced Development Manager to take ownership of luxury apartment projects from acquisition through to delivery and settlement. Working closely with senior leadership, consultants and construction partners, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering landmark residential developments. This role offers genuine autonomy, end-to-end project exposure and the opportunity to work on some of Melbourne’s most prestigious residential projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage luxury apartment developments from feasibility, design and planning through to construction, completion and settlement Prepare and manage development feasibilities, budgets, cash flows and risk assessments Appoint and manage external consultants including architects, engineers, planners, cost consultants and sales agents Oversee planning approvals, authority approvals and consultant coordination Work closely with builders during delivery to manage programme, cost, quality and risk Monitor market conditions and ensure projects align with buyer expectations and premium standards Report on project performance to senior stakeholders Job Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Development Manager or Project Manager within the property or construction industry Proven end-to-end experience delivering luxury apartment developments, ideally within the $45m–$100m range Strong understanding of development feasibilities, planning processes and construction delivery Exceptional stakeholder management and consultant coordination skills Commercially astute with strong attention to detail and design quality Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline What’s on Offer: Work with a highly regarded boutique developer with a strong pipeline Exposure to premium, design-led luxury residential projects Competitive salary package commensurate with experience Collaborative, agile and professional working environment Long-term career growth and influence over project outcomes
