Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Chef/Cook to prepare and present nutritious meals that meet the dietary needs of aged care residents, while ensuring food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in bulk cooking to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
* Bulk cooking experience in an aged care or healthcare setting
* Knowledge of food safety compliance to HACCP level
* Strong time management and communication skills
* Understanding of person-centred care and dignity of risk
* Ability to manage change efficiently
* Certificate III & IV in Commercial Cookery/Hospitality
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
* Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
