Your Responsibilities
* Conduct initial assessments to identify individuals' mental health needs
* Administer psychometric tests to inform treatment planning
* Develop personalized treatment plans to address each individual's unique needs
* Collaborate with your team on risk assessments, crisis intervention and developing comprehensive treatment strategies
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need:
* A current, unconditional and unrestricted registration as a psychologist
* At least 2 years post-graduate experience in mental health within the last 5 years, including expertise in conducting comprehensive assessments and delivering evidence-based focused psychological strategies
* A current HLTAID009 Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certificate
* Familiarity with state/territory policies, national standards and the Defence Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy is considered advantageous
* Australian citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Defence security clearance
