Job Description
The Engineer – Information Systems (Billing/BI/Customer Care) role involves the efficient administration and support of CWS Billing System and other various Platforms. The ideal candidate will have a background in Information Systems, be familiar with database administration functions, and able to manage Customer Self Care systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Database Administration: Manage and maintain database server instances, ensure data integrity, and optimize performance.
2. Customer Self Care Systems: Oversee the administration and support of Customer Self Care systems, ensuring seamless customer experience.
3. Platform Support: Provide technical support for CWS Billing System and other platforms, including Provisioning System, Managed Wi-Fi, Kiosk, CWS Datawarehouse, and Customer Care systems.
Requirements
* Degree in Information Technology, IS, Computer Science or relevant field.
* At least 2 years of relevant experience in the same field.
* Strong sense of responsibility, urgency, initiative, and commitment.
* Dynamic, honest, and willing to work in a dynamic and pressured environment.
* Familiarity with database server technologies such as MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, and conversant with SQL query.
* Creative mind, innovative, and good inter-relationship working as a team member.
* Knowledge in Programming, Scripting, and Linux and Windows server administration.
