What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities
* Provide efficient clinical pharmacy services to inpatients or outpatients.
* Conduct pharmaceutical admission and discharge reconciliations, monitor medication outcomes such as therapeutic drug monitoring, to ensure quality use of medicine is upheld.
* Work cooperatively and effectively within a multidisciplinary team and provide advice regarding patient care.

Essential Requirements
* General registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions on practice.
* Australian working rights, valid for at least 12-month from start of employment.
