Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Assistant Outlet Manager for our Hatchery Collective & Coffee Quarter venues at Perth Airport We're looking for someone who's passionate about delivering outstanding guest service, with a positive attitude and a drive to create unforgettable experiences.
In this role, you'll support the manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, boosting revenue and exceeding guest expectations. What will you do?
* Assist in managing the daily operations of the venue and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
* Focus on guest satisfaction through exceptional service delivery
* Achieve financial targets, manage budgets, control stock and oversee labour
* Ensure adherence to OH&S and food hygiene standards
* Support, develop and lead a diverse team with a strong emphasis on training to exceed guest expectations
More About You
* Previous supervisor or assistant manager experience in a fast-paced cafe/restaurant environment
* Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
* Approved Managers Card
* Food Safety Certificate
* Passion for the hospitality industry with a guest-focused, energetic and self-motivated approach
* Strong people leadership skills with experience in recruiting, mentoring, training and developing teams
* Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
