About the Role
As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of all pool users through proactive supervision and hazard prevention.

We are looking for candidates who hold a current Pool Lifeguard Certificate and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the qualifications listed below.

Essential Selection Criteria
* Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
* Current Provide First Aid Certificate and CPR (HLTAID011, HLTAID009)
* Current Police Clearance
* Current Working With Children Check
* Developed verbal and written communication skills
* Well developed public relations skills
* Organisation and time management skills
Desirable Selection Criteria
* Previous experience as a Lifeguard within a multi-faceted Recreation Centre
* Knowledge of Health Act (Swimming Pool) Regulations 1964
