We're seeking a Coordinator to support the delivery and evaluation of learning programs that enhance employee and organisational effectiveness.
* The role involves ensuring robust systems and procedures are in place to meet strategic objectives and compliance standards across our training initiatives.
* Responsibilities include contributing to the development and coordination of quality program data and feedback from stakeholders, monitoring and reporting continual improvement of Learning and Engagement programs, and designing marketing material for newsletters, slide decks, and information sessions.
The ideal candidate will have an entry-level qualification in business administration or equivalent experience and possess practical knowledge of contemporary Learning & Organisational Development practices. They will be an excellent communicator who is customer-centric with the ability to think critically and inspire others.
Key Responsibilities:
