Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide customer service when responding to emails or answering our main phone line
* Assist in improving office standards and procedures
* Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shopping, equipment, bills, and errands
* Administrative support across areas such as marketing, operations, and compliance
* Maintain detailed records of customer interaction
* Daily processing of incoming and outgoing mail
Skills and Experience
* Strong time management skills with proven ability to plan and prioritise work tasks
* Strong attention to detail andorganisational skills
* Customer service experience required
* Experience in a similar role would be highly regarded
* Good computer literacy including Microsoft Office
* A positive attitude and an eagerness to learn about our industry and processes
