Perth Based Position
Our client is a large Tier 1 Australian Gold Producer with sites throughout Australia. They are currently seeking OHS Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract to start to assist their corporate operations in a Perth based role. This role is likely to extend with the potential to become permanent after the initial engagement terms.
As OHS Administrator, the successful applicant will provide OHS support to a high performing site team. You will be a strong administrator with the ability to actively support in the delivery and promotion of a Zero Harm culture across the workplace.
Prior work experience in a OHS/HSEQ administration experience is highly regarded but not required.
**_Duties Include:_**
- Update & review all HSE training, vehicle & equipment records & correlate accident/incident data
- Daily statistic data entry
- Daily & weekly progress reports
- Training scheduling of all employees & contractors on all matters of OH&S and training.
- Update & review yearly Accreditations.
- Review contractor documentations to ensure compliance.
- Maintain electronic & hard copy filing system.
- Additional Administrative duties as required,
