Job Overview
This role involves providing administrative and sales support to agents across the region. You will work closely with our team to manage leads, provide CRM management support, and assist with buyer enquiries.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage the lead pipeline and database prospecting
* Develop expertise in our CRM system, Agent Box
* Assist State Manager and agents with research and external platform support
* Provide administrative support to rural sales agents statewide
* Support sales listings and ensure a smooth sales campaign
* Respond to phone and email enquiries from rural sales agents
* Prepare templates and buyer match collateral for specific sales campaigns

* Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
* Commitment to providing high-level customer service
* Creative flair and interest in real estate
* Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a collaborative results-focussed working environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise plan and meet deadlines
