* Prepare, label and weigh packages for international delivery to ensure timely dispatch.
* Process incoming mail items and record receipts.
* Operate and manage mail trucks safely and efficiently.
* Undertake regular travel to deliver mail to remote locations.
* Arrange pickups with mail carriers as required.
* Source shipping quotes when necessary.
* Support the preparation of diplomatic courier travel documentation.
* Contribute to general accounts payable tasks.
The role may occasionally require travel to escort diplomatic bags between government departments and diplomatic missions.
