We are seeking an experienced healthcare professional to join our care team in Newcastle.
* Developing and evaluating individualised resident care plans
* Providing clinical services such as wound management, medication management and palliative care
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organisational skills.
About You:
To be considered for this role you must possess the following qualifications:
1. Degree or Diploma in Nursing (or equivalent)
2. Certification in relevant specialty areas (e.g. wound management)
bsp Clinical experience within a similar environment.
The ability to pass background checks is also required.
