We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administration Assistant, you will provide crucial administrative support to the Centre Manager at a retail centre in Toowoomba.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining accurate centre databases and information systems
* Recording meeting minutes and coordinating security bookings
* Overseeing contractor compliance, tenancy inspections, and car park operations
* Maintaining emergency equipment and conducting safety audits
* Processing CCTV requests and managing documentation
* Handling filing, compliance monitoring, and liability management
* Providing reception support and administrative assistance
* Supporting Accounts Payable / Receivable processes
* Assisting Marketing, Operations, and Centre Management teams
