Role
We are inviting Social Workers Level 1–2 to join our Casual Pool, offering flexible opportunities across a range of clinical services. In this role, you will:
Responsibilities
* Provide high quality, responsive, and patient‐centred Social Work services across diverse clinical settings.
* Build varied experience within one of NSW's largest and busiest metropolitan hospitals.
* Support individuals and families navigating complex health and psychosocial challenges.

Qualifications
* Recognised Social Work qualification eligible for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). (New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.)
* Experience in a health or related setting, with the ability to deliver a broad range of Social Work assessments and interventions.
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast‐paced or high‐pressure situations.
* A flexible and collaborative approach, with the capability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
* Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills, supported by sound computer literacy.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development, including participation in clinical supervision and reflective practice.
* Understanding of quality and safety frameworks, with a demonstrated commitment to evidence‐based Social Work practice.
