What You'll Bring A minimum of 5 years' management experience in fast paced retail.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills.
Proven experience managing stock, merchandising, and operational compliance.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
A track record of achieving KPIs and driving business results.
Flexibility to work varied hours in a high demand environment.
Full working rights in Australia.
Experience within big box/large format is desired.
