With embedded design, engineering, and product capability, this consultancy tackles complex, high-value transformation work across energy, retail, healthcare, BFSI, and the public sector. You'll join an established transformation and leadership team delivering impactful work that builds long-term client partnerships.
This is a senior, client-facing role where you'll lead sales strategy and steer delivery from insight to execution. You'll directly influence the firm's go-to-market approach and expand your leadership profile within a broader portfolio environment.
Key opportunities include:
* Winning mid-market accounts
* Overseeing CX and digital transformation programs ($250k–$1.5M)
* Originating and closing new consulting engagements while mentoring others to do the same
* Owning strategic accounts, crafting pursuit strategies, and negotiating commercial terms
* Collaborating with platform, data, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
* Elevating market presence via thought leadership and C-suite advocacy
What you'll need:
* A strong background in customer or digital transformation consulting
* Proven ability to lead and close complex, multi-capability transformation deals
* Executive presence and credibility
