Talent International are looking for a **Change Manager** to join a State Government Department on a Workforce Management project for an initial 10-month engagement.
**The Role**
The role of the Senior Change Management Specialist is to develop business change strategies, and lead and implement sustainable transformational change, to effectively realise the benefits of a large scale, ICT enabled business improvement program.
With your experience and passion for change and leading people through change, this would be a great opportunity for you to work on an exciting, complex workforce management (rostering focused) program, to further enhance your skills and advance your career. You will become an integral member of the team, supporting the implementation team and the client through the transformation change critical to the success.
The position will be accountable for the delivery of all change management activities within each Business Implementation, working closely with the local program team and SME's to maximise the sustainable adoption of change and minimise resistance.
**The Duties**
- Lead and manage the creation of statewide change management tools, artefacts, and schedules to ensure all change management activities are identified, scheduled and managed across the lifecycle of each business implementation.
- Provide expert and strategic change management advice in relation to assessment, analysis, documentation and implementation of approved change management methodologies, including the evaluation and management of risks and issues.
- Provide specialise knowledge of change management practices and approaches in relation to workforce management (particularly rostering) practices, processes and systems, drive business transformation and successfully deliver to the program's objectives.
- Lead and manage the Business Change Impact Assessments, development of change responses, interventions and business readiness activities relating to new supporting business models, business processes and solution related changes.
- Work collaboratively with key business stakeholders to develop change management documentation, materials and presentations necessary to implement, reinforce and sustain transformational change.
**The Background**
- Proven success and high-level experience in workforce management (preferably rostering), transformational change management and leadership including enabling of benefits realisation, stakeholder engagement, and communications and training within a large complex organizational-wide project environment.
- Proven experience in the development, documentation, implementation and evaluation of change management strategies, tools and artefacts in a large scale complex project environment focused on workforce management (preferably rostering) transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure workforce management transformation design aligns to best practice methodologies, leveraging technology solutions and lessons learnt.
- Ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships and cross-team collaboration to support effective business change and transition, including the ability to influence key stakeholders in an environment of change.
