You will use a range of progressive measures of success to help teams identify strengths and weaknesses and support their long term improvement. Responsibilities You'll drive results through collaborative team planning and retrospective events. Your understanding (and criticism) of leading and emerging software delivery methodologies will be critical to bring a positive and open mindset, contributing to team success. Remuneration The advertised salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 + Super + Benefits with room to be flexible depending upon experience.
