Job Overview
This role supports the Chief Executive Officer in a variety of administrative and operational tasks.
* Manage the CEO's schedule, including coordinating meetings and ensuring timely preparation of materials.
* Provide strategic support to the CEO, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and coordination of key events.
* Offer high-level administrative assistance to the CEO, handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
* Support the scheduling needs of the Executive team.
* Collaborate with the Company Secretary (Chief Financial Officer) on Board and Committee meeting arrangements.
* Prepare presentations, reports, communications, and critical documents for the CEO.
* Deliver comprehensive administrative and project support, including meeting coordination, document preparation, and project tracking.
* Manage travel, accommodation, expenses, and CRM updates according to company policies.
* Support Board-related activities, including maintaining and updating the Board portal.
* Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Perform ad hoc administrative duties as required by the CEO.
