Responsibilities
Record, summarise and report the financial transactions of the agency.
Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income and cash flow statements.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Analyse financial data, manage ledgers, and provide insights to support effective decision-making.
Undertake accounts payable, receivable, purchasing card and banking functions.
Opportunities
Organise and process accounts payable transactions, perform cheque management and bank transaction functions.
Reconcile and process payroll deductions and support the accounts receivable operations.
Manage the debt recovery process and develop and maintain effective liaison with major creditors.
Deliver financial accounting and reporting services in relation to asset accounting, general ledger maintenance and statutory reporting obligations.
Maintain adequate controls, oversee internal and external financial reporting obligations and tax obligations.
Develop and maintain relevant financial and accounting policies, guidelines and procedures.
Coordinate and prepare monthly reporting and annual financial statements.
