With their head office based in Paramatta, they are seeking a
**Building Manager/ Concierge** to work across 2 assets, which consist of mostly office buildings and some retail. This role will report into The Asset Manager in their team.
**The Role**
- Management of all contractors on site
- Meet & greet tenants on the concierge desk
- Manage the delivery of services across all assets
- Liaising with Owners & Executive Committee
- Create and present monthly reports
- Maintaining up-to-date documentation and compliance
**Skills & Experience**
To be considered for this position you must have at least 2+ years' experience working on Residential or commercial assets. You will also possess the following attributes:
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Proactive to working autonomously and within a team
- Knowledge of BMS systems, security systems, Statutory Legislation & WHS
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- A trade background highly beneficial
