Regional Sales Manager – Vocera (Australia & New Zealand)

What You Will Do
* Deliver annual and quarterly revenue, market share, and sales attainment targets across all territories.
* Lead, coach, and develop a high‐performing regional sales team, driving capability uplift and clear performance expectations.
* Execute sales strategies aligned with portfolio priorities and regional business objectives to accelerate new customer acquisition and grow existing accounts.
* Manage accurate forecasting, pipeline transparency, and quota setting to strengthen commercial performance.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Pre‐Sales, Clinical Account Management, and Professional Services teams to ensure customer success before, during, and after deployment.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior external stakeholders, including executives, ICT leaders, clinical leaders, and government.
* Oversee disciplined territory and sales planning, including process improvements, product launch readiness, and recall impact management.
* Ensure full compliance with corporate policies, quality standards, and legislative requirements while actively managing commercial risk.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership or sales management.
* Minimum 3 years of experience managing field‐based sales teams.
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, health, or a related discipline.
* Valid driver's licence.
* Ability to travel within Australia and New Zealand as required.
Preferred Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience in medical technology, healthcare IT, or related technology sectors.
* Experience leading complex sales cycles or enterprise‐level customer engagements.
* Experience working in cross‐functional or matrix environments.
* Knowledge of the Digital Health landscape in Australia and New Zealand.
* Additional qualifications in business, leadership, or health highly regarded.
Relocation support may be considered for the right candidate, subject to business requirements.
Travel Percentage: 20%
