We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager Procurement and Project Reporting to support the delivery of high‑quality services and capital projects across the island.
In this critical leadership role, you will oversee procurement governance, ensure transparent and efficient purchasing processes, and drive high‑quality reporting across complex operational and capital programs.
Your work will directly contribute to the island's development, sustainability objectives, and service outcomes that benefit the community, visitors, and stakeholders.
Key Qualities We're Seeking
* Proven capability in managing end‑to‑end procurement processes, ensuring all documentation and evaluations comply with established procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines, ideally within the WA public sector.
* Experience in developing procurement policies, standards, templates (including contracts), guidelines, and process improvements.
* The ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners in a dynamic environment
