About the Role
This role focuses on managing the post-submission process while leading and supporting a small Client Service Manager team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing loans from submission through to settlement and post-settlement aftercare
* Liaising with lenders, valuers, conveyancers, and clients
* Overseeing pipelines to ensure timelines and compliance are met
* Supporting and mentoring a small Client Service Manager team
* Maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
About You
You are an experienced Client Service Manager with at least 3 years of post-submission experience who thrives in a structured, professional brokerage environment.
You will bring:
* Proven experience (3+ years) as a Client Service Manager or Loan Processor
* Strong knowledge of lender processes and settlements
* Leadership or mentoring experience, or the capability to step into this responsibility
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* A proactive, team-focused mindset
