Retail Operations Manager
The primary objective of the Retail Operations Manager is to lead and manage store operations effectively. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the overall success of the store by overseeing daily activities, supporting team members, and providing outstanding customer service.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess previous supervisory experience and demonstrate a strong understanding of retail or trade principles. Ideally, they will have mechanical/automotive parts knowledge and flexibility in their work schedule. A valid driver's license and ability to perform physical duties are also essential requirements.
